Presales Activities: Engage in presales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and the identification of new business opportunities.
Project Oversight and Responsibility: Assume full responsibility for the management and successful execution of the entire project, encompassing work models, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Client Alignment: Ensure that the implementation of the project adheres to the client's strategic plans and objectives.
Organizational and Resources Development: Actively participate in activities aimed at organizational growth and human resource development.
Operational Management: Oversee and manage all operational activities within the project to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Process Development and Quality Assurance: Contribute to the development of robust processes and uphold high standards of operational quality within the unit.

Experience Requirements
A minimum of six-year experience in the software development domain, encompassing at least three-year experience in project management, having managed projects with the scale of 10-15 or more members
Experience working with Agile/Scrum models
Candidates with prior experience working with US clients will be given priority consideration
Knowledge Requirements
Fundamental knowledge of software development and experience in engineer or business analyst role.
