Assist in user research to draw common traits, pain points and unmet needs of targeted users
Conduct market research to understand strengths and weaknesses of similar products
Assist to define customer persona, value proposition and customer journey
Support the team to design exceptional “7-star” moments at the right times
Assist to develop processes and systems to onboard new students from multiple sources
Assist to develop processes and systems to enhance student experience
Ensure that student devices and internet connections work well for online courses
Assist to conduct surveys to collect feedback from students, feedback on academic performance, skills development, and opportunities for growth

Final-year students in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Education, etc., with a passion for product development and project management
Good communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese
Basic computer skills

Responsible, hardworking, and progressive
Advantageous: experience in education, product development, project management, marketing, etc
