Mô Tả Công Việc IT Project Manager Với Mức Lương 7 - 9 Triệu
Project Management Support: Participate in project planning, monitor progress, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Collect and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders to understand the project's needs and objectives.
Record business requirements and assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and support the development of Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
Project Meetings: Assist in clarifying requirements, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure clear communication between clients and the development team.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Participate in testing the product's accuracy before it is delivered to the client.
Progress Tracking and Reporting: Update the project's status, manage changes, and promptly identify any arising issues.
Product Owner (PO) Development Path: Learn how to manage product development roadmaps, participate in feature prioritization, and work directly with the development team to execute the product vision.

Have at least 1 year of working experience.
Basic knowledge of business analysis and software development processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preference for candidates with a career path toward becoming a Product Owner (PO).
Fluent in English (must have), other languages is a plus (Japanese, Chinese,...)
