Support Merchandiser to:
• Track orders from initial stage to final sample stage, and communicate with customers to ensure order information accuracy.
• Review color charts, receive documents, and distribute them to relevant departments.
• Process samples, liaise with material suppliers, and gather materials for sample making.
• Verify documents (Debit notes, Invoices, etc.).
• Order raw and auxiliary materials, monitor, and expedite delivery according to the plan.
• Monitor and report daily inspection and delivery status.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (sales, warehouse, shipping, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Collaborate with factories to guarantee quality, quantity, delivery time, and pricing.
• Update order information in the system and complete reports accurately and on time.
• Support the Merchandiser in resolving order-related issues.
