• Create a timeline and budget for the project
• Hire a cast and crew for the production
• Oversee the production to ensure it stays on schedule and budget
• Work with editors to finalize the project
• Calculate budget with departments and personnel to coordinate product completion

• Bachelor's degree in a production-related field (preferred)
• 3 years experience in video producing
• Knowledge about Camera & equipment. Prioritize the knowledge of filming and photography skills to record and take internal photos
• Proficiency with Adobe software, including Adobe Photoshop and After Effects Design
• Social media marketing knowledge
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
