Responsible for marketing and selling raw materials in the food production industry.
Strive to achieve sales targets.
Conduct customer visits to understand and identify their needs; collaborate with the LAB staff to provide technical consulting and support for customers in developing new product lines.
Regularly survey the market in related industries to monitor trends and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain and develop the current customer base while building and expanding new customer relationships; establish strong connections with clients.
Address issues related to products and services, ensuring the delivery of the best possible service to customers.
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the food additive industry.
Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents in English; good communication skills; able to participate in training sessions conducted by foreign experts.
Proficient in office software.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.
Strong sales, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, honest, and willing to provide support
