1. Test Planning & Strategy
Define testscope, objectives, and strategyaligned with project goals.
Develop and maintain theTest Plan, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tool selection.
Identify and implement appropriatetesting methodologies: functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing.
2. Test Management & Execution
Assign and managetesting tasks, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
Overseetest case design, test script development, and defect tracking.
Ensure compliance withtesting standards, Agile, and CMMI best practices.
3. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
Monitor and assesstest execution results, ensuring defects are identified and addressed promptly.
Leadroot cause analysisand drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement and optimizetest automation, CI/CD integration, and cloud-based testing.
4. Stakeholder Communication
Provide clear and concisetest reports, defect analysis, and quality metricsto stakeholders.
Collaborate withProject Managers, Developers, and Business Teamsto ensure alignment on testing outcomes.
Recommend process and tool enhancements to improve overall software quality.
5. Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and train thetesting teamto enhance technical expertise and efficiency.
Foster aculture of quality, collaboration, and innovationwithin the testing team.
Evaluate newtesting tools, methodologies, and best practicesfor continuous improvement.

8+ yearsof experience in software testing.
3+ yearsin aleadership or managerial role, overseeing a team of 5+ testers
Experience inCore Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Accounting domainsis preferred.
Skills & Requirements
Language & Communication
Proficiency inEnglish (IELTS 5.5+ equivalent)for written and verbal communication.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise inmanual & automated testing, Agile, and CMMI.
Deep understanding of thesoftware development lifecycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience withSQL, functions, and stored procedures.
Knowledge ofprogramming languages(any preferred).
Proficiency inExcel, Wordfor test documentation and reporting.
Experience withCloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
Enterprise Tools & Technologies
Test Management: JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, SharePoint.
Automation & Performance Testing: Selenium, JMeter.
CI/CD & DevSecOps: Jenkins, Sonatype, SonarQube, Checkmarx.
Collaboration & Reporting: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Power BI.
