● Assess business requirements and processes using document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow evaluation.
● Develop and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and business process flow diagrams.
● Engage with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the organization's structure, policies, and operations.
● Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to business challenges.
● Effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and objectives.
● Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to management and other stakeholders.

● A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
● Experience in one of the following areas:
Loyalty, Promotions, and/or CRM
Data Services: Proficient in organizing, profiling, and documenting data, with a focus on metadata management, data catalog tools, and ensuring data quality and accessibility across teams. Able to write basic-to-intermediate SQL queries to retrieve data.
● Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
● Adaptable, quick to learn, and proactive.
● Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
