Client Communication:
Act as a liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.
Translate technical specifications and documentation between Japanese and English.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
Technical Support:
Assist in technical discussions and decision-making processes.
Train team members on Japanese work culture and business etiquette during the training phase.

Candidates with experience in AWS or who have worked on projects using AWS and can articulate the technical aspects of AWS.
Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher, with fluent Japanese communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) in software projects.
Preference for candidates with programming experience in at least one programming language.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Possess a sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude toward work.
Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the Offshore project team in Vietnam.
Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, receive, and analyze project requirements, and convey them to the project team in Vietnam.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with clients and managers in project management.
