Client Communication:
Act as a liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.

Project Coordination:

Technical Support:
Assist in technical discussions and decision-making processes.

Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher, with fluent Japanese communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) in software projects.
Preference for candidates with programming experience in at least one programming language.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Possess a sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude toward work.
Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the Offshore project team in Vietnam.
Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, receive, and analyze project requirements, and convey them to the project team in Vietnam.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with clients and managers in project management.
