- Verify the validity of advances, payments, and ensure accurate cash accounting
- Perform all banking transactions related to the company and ensure accurate bank balance updates.
- Ensure proper inventory checks and reports are done on time, and supervise inventory activities
- Accurately handle the accounting of payable/receivable accounts.
- Manage the documentation and accounting for fixed assets, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Check invoices, financial document, Accounting by software
- Accounting salary, social/ medical/ unemployment insurance for company.
- Able to check management reports
- Support to make projections (monthly), budget (every six months)

- 2-3 years of experience required
- Good communication and written presentation skills (in both English and Vietnamese).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting system, Vietnamese Tax system and Law.
