Build, train, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets effectively (monthly/quarterly/yearly) Engage directly in sales activities to approach potential markets and target customer segments Build sales processes, sales scripts, and sales materials Analyze and improve sales processes and scripts to enhance customer conversion rates Participate in and contribute ideas to build sales strategies monthly, quarterly, and annually Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders and support for export sales initiatives Handling issues related to customers, orders, and business operations Performing other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
