Job Description
• Propose and manage promotion campaign for Branches/TOs.
• Expand the merchant network and acquire new strategic customers.
• Manage the support and training Branches/T.Os about policy, procedures, working processes, system operation.
• Manage and monitor Branches/TOs with KPI of acquiring business; business and operation activities, analyze transaction data to assess merchant performance, propose solutions to increase sales for underperforming merchants.
• Manage the handling inquiries/dispute of partner/merchant/branch related technical and transaction issues, support in merchant onboarding and registration, before and after service.
• Manage and coordinate with partners/Branches/T.Os to distribute, set up and installation POS terminal to ensure timely service to branch/merchant requests.
• Reports: Manage regular reports on business performance, transaction trends, and key KPI achievement.
• Other tasks assigned by line Director/Head.
