2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Business Development in Testing, Inspection & Quality Management
• Identify and develop business opportunities in the TIC sector, targeting Buying Offices, importers, and retailers.
• Provide quality control, compliance, and risk management solutions within the supply chain.
• Strengthen Testcoo’s presence in the global supply chain and quality assurance market.
✅ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Find new customers and manage relationships with existing clients.
• Offer pre-sales and post-sales consulting services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Optimize business opportunities by introducing quality control solutions to potential clients and partners.
• Handle customer complaints, lead teams to implement solutions, and improve processes.
• Execute the company’s business strategy effectively.
