• To manage the smooth and efficient functioning of the Export/Import Team.
• To file documents with the Customs and follow for shipment for exports
• To scrutinize all documents relevant to the contract for both Import and Export
• To prepare/check documents for LC Shipments
• To get attractive rate for shipment to various destination and confirm subject to the approval of the Manager
• To nominate clearing agents in consultation with the Manager
• To follow on import shipment clearance until delivery of the consignment.
• To plan, direct and coordinate all aspects of the Department operations.
• To ensure weekly, monthly reports on the activities of the Export Department
• To Follow with the Payment in the order of priorities in co-ordination with the Accounts Department

• A Bachelor degree or a specialization course in Export Import Management.
• Proven skills in Export Department Working.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team.
