Beauty of Japan Tours is a young, dynamic and very fast-growing Destination Management Company in Japan. Our head office in Tokyo is centrally located and a main hub of Operations. Support/ Representative office in Hanoi, Vietnam is active with back-office functions and optimizing the FIT- Tailor-made requests. We are currently working with a number of International Travel agents and OTAs and the list is growing every month.
We are looking for a young and passionate candidate who fits in with our dynamic start-up culture and holds the mind-set to work in a fast moving company and grow every-day with the responsibility while having fun!
Roles and responsibilities:
● Design and prepare inspirational itineraries/ quotes as requested by the agent and according to the sales department operating standard.
● Communicate and follow-up with overseas partners/ OTAs for FIT requests swiftly through email/ skype.
● Follow up with the agent actively if any changes are required.
● Prepare / check monthly reports and invoices
● Participate in training, workshops, inspections and surveys as scheduled by the team leader.
● Update about the new experiential programs to the international agents
