Optimize digital ads to generate direct orders, expand brand reach in the Vietnamese and international markets.
Develop and execute Facebook Ads campaigns based on target markets.
Conduct A/B testing on audience segments, ad creatives, and content (captions, images, videos).
Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc. in detail.
Collaborate with the Content & Design team to develop content ideas suitable for each market and customer insights.
Monitor market trends and algorithm changes to update and adjust advertising strategies.
Manage and optimize advertising budgets according to each phase (testing, scaling, remarketing).
Report campaign performance regularly and propose growth solutions for each market.
