Roles and Responsibilities
Application Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Windows applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring smooth cross-platform functionality.

Platform Integration: Utilize C, C#, and C++ for integrating Flutter with native Windows functionalities and libraries for optimal performance.

Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while optimizing application performance.
Code Quality & Optimization:
Code Review: - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. - Provide constructive feedback to team members and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Project Management: Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to understand and translate project requirements into technical solutions.

Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and stable applications, with the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and development processes.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning

Problem Solving: - Investigate and resolve software defects and issues reported by clients or internal teams. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems to ensure optimal software performance.
Problem Solving

Mandatory
Bachelor / Master degree, major in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field
5+ years Experiences in Windows application development
Expertise in Flutter framework and Dart language; Experience in Cross platform development using Flutter
Flutter & Dart: Advanced knowledge of Flutter and Dart, with proven experience in developing Windows applications.
Windows Application Development: Strong background in building and deploying applications for the Windows platform.
Cross-Platform Development: Knowledge of cross-platform challenges, and an understanding of mobile and web application development in Flutter.
UI/UX Principles: Ability to work closely with designers to implement engaging and responsive UI/UX designs.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Bit-Bucket/Git, Jira board).
Strong communication & collaboration skills, Fluent English in both verbal and written
Preferable
Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge on embedded system will be an added advantage.
Experience with Windows APIs and other platform-specific features to extend Flutter capabilities.
Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
Experience with debugging tools such as Visual Studio, Android Studio and performance optimization tools.
Good to have proficiency in C, C#, and C++ for low-level integration, native modules, and extending the capabilities of Flutter applications on Windows.
