• Participate and propose ideas for the company's projects and activities.
• Take on the design activities of the projects and the activities set by the company.
• Designing booths, events activations mockup, stages;
• Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure that the production and construction work accurately reflects the intent of the design samples;
• Monitor the assigned programs designed off-site from the staging phase until the end of the program to make timely adjustments or draw professional insights;
• Receive the brief, analyze the information;
• Participate in the field survey with the Account/Production team;
• Search for information related to the assigned project, research customer insights, brand identity, the client's design style, explore new design trends, ideas, technologies, and suitable materials for project execution;
• Outline design ideas;
• Coordinate with the Account team during the design process to ensure adherence to timelines, compliance with requirements, and to guarantee high-quality, aesthetically pleasing designs for the assigned projects.
