Create visual or video content for multi-platform marketing (Web, X, Telegram, Discord, and more.). Ensure that visual and video content is consistent with brand identity and marketing messages.
Create high-quality printed materials such as posters, banners, backdrops, and standees.
Develop compelling brand visuals across web, mobile, and immersive interfaces.
Work closely with team leaders and the marketing team to execute graphic design projects, ensuring adherence to established concepts and project timelines.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (preferably at agencies, studios, or startups).
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Ability to communicate effectively, work in a team and provide feedback on project issues as well as make recommendations, improve work or work solutions.
Responsibility for work, with the ability to perform under high-pressure situations.
Age under 27.
Experience designing for F&B, tech, lifestyle, startups, digital products, or Web3/NFT/GameFi.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
