Support the sales department in contacting and verifying information to attend sales consulting seminars
Support customers during the operation process, upload products to the Alibaba e-commerce platform and answer customer questions about products/services
Consulting and proposing solutions to help customers use the service effectively
Survey and collect customer feedback to contribute to product improvement and development
Make daily/weekly/monthly reports

6 months of experience
customer service or business development
Have a customer care mindset and skills to build relationships with customers
Be honest, careful, able to multitask
Microsoft Office skills
English or Chinese skill (read, write and be able to communicate)
or
Having experience in operating on Alibaba e-commerce platform is a plus point
Have a high sense of discipline, absolutely comply with company regulations and requests from Leader
