1. General
• To produce high-quality content across multiple channels to enhance the school’s brand positioning, engage the community, and drive student recruitment and retention.
• To perform translation of documents and interpretation in meetings/conference/seminars/parent meetings.
• To undergo in-service training where required.
• To observe and implement current school policies, procedures and good practice.
• To carry out such particular duties as Director of Admissions and Marketing may reasonably direct from time to time.
2. Specific Responsibilities
2.1. CONTENT CREATION AND COMMUNICATION SUPPORT – 60%
• Assist in implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications content strategy across all channels to enhance the customer experience and establish BVIS as the leading school in HCMC.
• Manage and regularly update the school website with news, blogs, and key announcements.
• Develop and deliver compelling internal and external communication materials.
• Create, film, and edit engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to drive community engagement and conversations.
• Capture high-quality photos as needed (training will be provided if necessary).
