Follow up on motor drawings, prototypes, testing, and production. Work with suppliers to build motor samples. Lead motor issue analysis and provide technical information to the power tool team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit and follow up on motor production with suppliers.
2. Monitor production lines for motor checks.
3. Track motor phase follow-ups.
4. Work on motor part gauges/fixtures/testers.
5. Analyze and track motor failures, working with suppliers for improvements.
6. Support the team with motor specs in Vietnam.

2. 5 years of experience in mechanical/electrical design.
3. Familiarity with motors and basic motor knowledge.
4. Understanding of mechanical design principles.
