At least 3 years of working experience BA role
Have base IT (Know Source Code and Database Design) is plus point
Experience working with Japan clients is an advantage
Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest to understand a broad range of business models and needs
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
Have a proactive, can do attitude
Specify business domain knowledge is a plus (web service, content management, rebate claim, etc
