Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (Web2) to lead the design and development of internal tools that enhance the operations and scalability of our social network platform. This role will focus on building robust systems for content management, community management, user operations, and tools for dynamic pricing adjustments for platform services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tools that empower efficient product management and ensure platform operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis and Documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs for internal tools; identify key pain points and propose actionable solutions for existing operational workflows.
Develop detailed documentation, including:
Requirement Breakdown: Functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
System Flow Diagrams: Visualize data flow and integration points between tools and core platform services.
User Stories: Capture feature requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
2. Internal Tool Development
Focus on designing and implementing tools in the following areas:
Content Management:
Tools to moderate content, manage reports, and enforce platform guidelines.
Features to tag, categorize, and archive content effectively.
Community Management:
Systems to oversee community/group creation, membership approvals, and hierarchical management of community structures.
Automated workflows for enforcing group policies (e.g., privacy settings, content restrictions).
User Operations:
Dashboards to manage user accounts, handle eKYC processes, and reward mechanisms for the platform.
Dynamic Pricing Tools:
Develop tools for setting and adjusting prices of platform services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design pricing algorithms based on metrics such as service usage, demand, or market trends.
Create interfaces for administrators to configure pricing rules dynamically (e.g., promotional discounts, tier-based fees).
3. Testing, Validation, and Support
Define acceptance criteria and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for internal tools.
Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure tools meet business requirements and are free of critical issues.
Provide training, support, and documentation of the internal tools for stakeholders.
4. Classification and Maintenance of Documentation
Build a structured and centralized documentation system.
Maintain version control for all requirement documents, workflows, and operational guides.
Regularly update the documentation to reflect changes in tools and workflows.
Ensure documentation is well-organized and easily accessible by technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
Must Have:
2+ years as a Business Analyst in software development, with a focus on building operational or internal tools.
Proven experience in building internal tools for operational efficiency and workflow optimization.
Expertise in writing structured BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in workflows and documentation.
Nice to Have:
Experience with social network platforms or similar content-driven products.
Understanding of blockchain concepts and their integration into Web2 systems.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles for designing user-friendly internal tools.
Experience using data to drive decision-making processes.
